I am making the world better by publishing all open-source code I produce as 100% free and unencumbered public domain software.

I'm one of the founders of the Unlicense initiative, an effort to promote the proliferation of software unfettered and unencumbered by copyright monopoly. Inspired by the SQLite project, the initiative has already enabled tens of thousands of public domain projects on GitHub and elsewhere, more being published every day. I've blogged at length about the initiative, and maintain responsibility for its strategic direction.

I'm the original author and one of the current maintainers of the RDF.rb linked-data library suite for Ruby, every bit of it released into the public domain.

Previously, I was the original developer of the popular Drush and Boost extension modules (among others) for the Drupal content management system.
